It’s been a busy few weeks since the last update with major updates of 1920s ads (1923-1928) to the database, thus bringing the total number of ads in the collection to 34,740.<\/p>\n

The Matchless compilation is now complete.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m also delighted to report on the completion of the Matchless book compilation, which at the the time of writing is awaiting final approval from Amazon. Additionally I’ve taken the opportunity to revise some of the other titles with\u00a0 a few bits of new material.<\/p>\n

What next?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m up to date with the database, but as always I’m on the lookout for new material, consequently I’m not sure which years will be updated next.. I have a few leads to follow up, so keep tuning in.<\/p>\n

I’m also planning on continuing with website updates…<\/p>\n

What’s next in line for a compilation? Right now I’m not sure, but I’ve always wanted to create a Sidecars Compilation – there are more makes and models than you might imagine, and it would be an interesting exercise. A niche title for sure, but a worthy addition nevertheless.<\/p>\n

Being a Nottingham lad I’d like to see if a Raleigh compilation is viable. As well as some rather cool motorcycles from the early days (pre 1930s) they also built three-wheelers and later on in the 1960s introduced mopeds and scooters.. here’s a taster, the earliest from 1904, and latest from 1960.<\/p>\n
